摘要
本文对用音叉作为空间频率调制器的可行性进行了研究。我们尝试了用音叉作为一个简单的空间频率调制器,用时间平均全息干涉法测量了音叉的振幅,并测量了它的频率,用光电扫描法观测了其振动模式。得出结论:在扫描范围不大时,音叉可以作为空间频率调制器。
The feasibility was studied for the tuning fork to be used as Space Frequency Modulator for the use of measuring the depth of plate. We measured the amplitude of the tuning fork by laser time-averaged holographic interferometry,and the frequency by Vibration Meter Type—2511,and observed the vibration mode with photoelectric scanning method.The result was that tuning fork could be used as Space Frequency Modulator under the condition of scanning range being not large.
