摘要
本文说明了适用于磨削功率测量的电阻型传感器。利用TP805微机,研制了磨削功率的智能检测及约束控制系统。试验研究结果表明,该系统能够较好地对磨削过程中的磨削功率进行动态检测及约束控制。
In this paper, the sensor is developed and used in survey of grinding power. With the help of microcomputer, the system is achived that used in intelligent survey and adaptive control of grinding power. Experimental study shown that, it is satisfactory for using the systtem to dynamically test and control power in grinding process.
