摘要 本文综述了光电检测方法,特别是常用的各种光纤传感器,外差和赝外差技术在光电相位检测和频率检测中的应用。文章还描绘了近年来由于全息干涉计量、散斑干涉计量、云纹和投影条纹技术与CCD摄像机和计算机相结合,因而发展出了不少崭新的光电检测技术。它们在工业中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文还介绍了全息干涉计量、散斑干涉计量在无损检测中的应用,以及最近发展起来的激光超声技术在无损检测中的应用前景、光纤传感在智能材料和智能装置中的应用。 This paper reviewed some modrn photoelectric measurement methods, especially the application for general fiber-optical sensor, the methods of optical false heterodyne and optical heterodyne in the areas of optical frequency and phase measurement. It also described the newly developed techoologies of photoelectric measurement because of the combination of holographic interferometry, speckle interferometry, shadow moire and projective stripe phase measurement with CCD camera and computer in recent years. These methods and technologies are get more and more applications in engineering. Further,the paper introduced briefly the application for holographic interferometry and speckly interferometry measurement in nondestructivetesting,the applying prospect of newly developed laser-ultrasonic technology in nondestructivetesting,and the application of fiber—optical sensor in inteligent material and intelligent device.
