心理授权与工作倦怠关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 员工工作倦怠在我国越来越受到相关学者的重视。本文通过问卷调查的方式,收集我国中、东、西部地区不同工作性质员工心理授权和工作倦怠问卷,运用SPSS统计软件分析二者及其维度的相关关系,从心理授权角度为减轻我国员工工作倦怠提供参考。
