浅析校园招聘中LED的效度研究——基于博弈心理

摘要 相对于无领导小组讨论(以下简称LED)的信度,其效度的研究则没有那么成熟。文章从博弈心理的新视角出发,探讨基于博弈心理对LED的效度研究的意义。
