摘要
通过问卷和访谈相结合的形式对福建省内151家外向型中小企业的商务英语专业人才素质需求进行了调查研究。结果表明这一被调查群体除工作经验外对商务英语专业人才的学历和英语水平证书等"硬件"要求不是太高,但六成以上企业对实践创新能力、应变能力、英语听说能力和学习能力等"软件"满意度持否定态度。此外部分企业对商务英语专业人才的人文素质和职业形象等提出更高要求。
With the combination of questionnaires and interviews,a research has been undertaken on business English talents' qualifications required by small and medium-sized export-oriented enterprises in Fujian Province.The results show that except work experience the tested enterprises don't have high requirements in the areas of 'superficial qualifications' such as education level and English proficiency,but over 60% hold negative views on their business English talents' 'hidden qualifications' such as their abilities in actual working,innovation,act in emergency,English listening and speaking as well as learning.Besides,some of the tested enterprises put more emphasis on applicants' humanistic qualities and professional images.
