摘要
研究了强化处理 (铸锭强化均匀化和强化固溶 )和快速再结晶对 2 0 14铝合金组织与性能的影响。实验结果表明 :强化处理与常规处理相比 ,能更好地消除或减小第二相和晶界非平衡共晶相 ,从而使合金性能有较大幅度的提高 ;而快速再结晶细化处理未能达到预期的效果。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of AA2014 affected by the strengthening treatment (the ingot strengthening homogenization and the strengthening solution), and the rapid recrystallization treatment are studied in this paper. The results of experiments show that the strengthening treatment can eliminate the coarse second phases and non equilibrium coarse eutectic phases comparing with the conventional treatment. Thereby, the properties of AA2014 are greatly improved. The expectant results can not be attained by the rapid recrystallization.
