Expression of rasp21 and p53 Protein on Benign and Malignant Nasopharyngeal Lesions

本研完采用免疫组化SP法检测110例鼻咽活检组织及10便死胎儿正常鼻咽组织中rasp^(21)和p^(53)蛋白的表达情况。提示:rasp^(21)和p^(53)可能与鼻咽癌的发生有关,二者在鼻咽癌的发生发展中可能起协同作用,同时p^(53)蛋白的表达在鼻咽癌颈淋巴结的转移中也可能起着重要的作用。

The expression of rasp21 and p53 protein were examined in 110 biopsies of nasopharyngeal tissues and 10 cases of normal nasopharynx from died fetuses by means of immunohistochemical SP method.The results indicate that rasp21 and p53 are related to nasopharyngeal carcinomain nasopharyngeal carcinoma occurring.And the p53 protein may be of significant importance in the neck lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
