本文对白内障人工晶体植入术后32例32只眼先后出现的不同并发症原因进行分析,特别是外伤后人工晶体植入,其并发症较多,应引起眼科医生的重视。人工晶体植入术的成败,取决于手术技巧的高低及对并发症的预防。

Different complications in posterior chamber lens implantation after cataract extra-ction in 32 cases(32 eyes)have been analysed. Especially to tranmatic cataract more attention should be paid.The final result of surgery depends on the surgeon’s technique and prevention of complications.
