抗青光眼术后脉络膜脱离的超声显像

Ultrasonography of choroidal detachment after anti-glaucoma surgery

目的:明确B型超声检查在抗青光眼术后脉络膜脱离的诊断和治疗随访申的作用。方法:应用眼科专用超声仪,采用直接探测法,对65例(71眼)抗青光眼术后浅前房的病例进行眼球常规超声检查以及周边部检查。结果:探及睫状体脉络膜脱离的有斗5眼,占63.4%,其中周边部睫状体脉络膜脱离占47.9%,脉络膜高度脱离11眼,占15.5%。脉络膜脱离的检出率明显高于检眼镜。结论;应用B型超声检查抗青光眼术后浅前房的病例,可以早期诊断脉络膜脱离的存在,并可随访治疗效果,是一种有效的检查方法。

PURPOSE: To examine the role of B scan ultrasonography in diagnosis and follow-up study choroidal detachment after anti-glaucoma surgery. METHOD: 65 Patients(71 eyes) with shallow anterior chamber after anti-glaucoma surgery are examined with ophthalmic ultrasonography. RESULTS: There were choroidal detachments in 45 eyes (63.4%), including 34 eyes (47.9%) with peripheral cilio-choroidal detachment and 11 eyes (15.5%) with high grade choroidal detachment. The positive rate are notably higher than by ophthalmoscopy. CONCLUSIONS:B scan ultrasonography is effective in early diagnos’s and follow-up of choroidal detachment in cases with shallow anterior chamber after anti-glaucoma surgery.
