63例青光眼长期漏诊的原因分析

An analysis of the causes of the long-term failure to diagnose glaucoma in 63 Cases

目的:分析青光眼长期漏诊的原因。方法:将近三年在青光眼专科门诊中所遇漏诊病人作了回顾性调查分析。结果:合并近视眼,白内障是青光眼漏诊的主要原因,分别为25/63(39.7%)、23/63(36.5%)。结论:在近视眼、白内障病人中,应注意视力减低与疾病程度相符否,否则应认真检查近视力,屈光、眼底和眼压及视野,以防青光眼漏诊。

Purpose. To analyse the causes of the long-term failure to "diagnose glaucoma. Method. To make a review of the long-term failure to diagnose glaucoma in 63 outpatients in recent 3 years. Results: Glaucoma is associated with myopia and cataract, which are the main causes of failing to diagnose glaucoma. The percentages are 39.7% (25/63) and 36.5% (23/63) respectively. Conclusion: The data suggests the necessity of carefully examing near sight, fundus, refraction and IOP when a decrease in vision does not correspond to severeness of disease in cases of myopia and cataract.
