肌电图检测评估在前庭代偿过程中的作用

摘要 目的研究肌电图评价前庭功能的意义。方法应用肌电图技术记录大鼠项部头夹肌的静息状态的肌电活动。结果正常大鼠头夹肌肌电振幅二侧相等,为15μV;单侧前庭急性损伤期同侧头夹肌肌电振幅仅2~3μV,对侧增加到25~35μV;5个月后,前庭功能完全代偿,二侧肌电振幅恢复相等。结论肌电图可作为姿势反射和前庭脊髓反射的可靠检测指标。 PURPOSE To stud effect of EMG on evaluating vestibular function.METHODS Using EMG technique to record spontaneous neck muscle activity from splenius capitis on both sides of the rats.RESULTS In normal rats, the am-plitude of EMG were equal on both sides (5μV).But during actual vestibular dysfuc-tion period, the amplitude of EMG only 2-3yμV ioslaterally and 25-35μV contra-laterally. After 5 months, the vestibular compensation was complete, and theamplitudes of EMG were no different from both sides.CONCLUSIONS As a valubla index, EMG could be used to examine vestibulo-spinal reflexes and posture response.
