外毛细胞对乙酰胆碱的反应

摘要 目的研究外毛细胞对乙酰胆碱的反应。方法我们将豚鼠耳蜗外毛细胞分别置于含5mM Ach的Hank′s平衡液、0.5mM Verapamil和5mM Ach的Hank′s平衡液中,观察其变化。结果前者2分钟内即发生缩短,之后一段时间内,细胞长度未再发生改变;后者外毛细胞不发生缩短现象。结论实验提示Ach-Ach受体系统为外毛细胞主动活动的主要调控系统。 PURPOSE To study the response of the isolated outer hair cells to acetylchol-ine (ACh)METHODS We differently put the isolated outer hair (OHC) of guinea pig cochlea into Hank’s balance solution (HBS) containing 5mM Ach, HBS containing 0.5mM Verapamil and 5mM and observed their changes.RESULTS The OHC of the before were shortened within 2 min, but no longer changed later. The OHG of the later had no change.CONCLUSIONS The results show that ACh-ACh receptor system represents the major control system for the motil events OHC.
