摘要
目的:观察视网膜色素变性患者的视网膜中央血管系统的微循环变化。方法:对视网膜色素变性患者20例(20眼)作视网膜中央动脉(CRA)和视网膜中央静脉(CRV)血流速度超声检测。结果:CRA、CRV血流速度早期即明显下降(P<0.01),尤以CRA为甚,随着病程延长、渐趋同步,左、右眼变化一致,而与年龄、性别、遗传方式无关。结论:血流速度超声检测指数敏感地反映了视网膜微循环情况,可作为病情、预后及疗效观察的参考依据。
Purpose. To observe the changes of microcirculation of central retinal vessel system of patient with retinal pigment degeneration. Methods. The blood flow velocities of the central retinal artery (CRA) and vein (CRV) were detected by ultrasonography. in 40 eyes of 20 cases of retinal pigment degeneration. Results:The flow velocities of the CRA and CRV significantly decreased at early stage (P< 0.01), especially the flow of CRA. The velocities of CRA and CRV decreased at the same step gradually as the disease lasted. The changes in both eyes were the same. There was no relation to age, sex and genetic mode. Conclusions: The ultrasonic figure of blood flow velocity sensitively reflects the status of micro-circulation of retina and may be a reference to desease condition, prognosis and curative effects.
