摘要
目的:了解糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP(ase)活性变化,探索影响糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的有关因素。方法:应用孔雀绿比色分析法对糖尿病大鼠发病后不同时期内视网膜组织中Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP(ase)活性进行了检测,并与空腹血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、视网膜组织中Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP(ase)含量及病程进行了分析。结果:糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP(ase)活性明显下降,Mg^(2+)含量下降,而Ca^(2+)含量则增加,Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP(ase)活性变化与空腹血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、视网膜组织中Mg^(2+)含量的变化及病程密切相关。结论:糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP(ase)活性下降可能是糖尿病视网膜病变的病理基础之一。
Purpose: To study the changes of Ca2+-Mg2H-ATPase activity in retinal of diabetic rats, to investigate the factors which effect the occurence and development of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity in retinal tissue of diabetic rats in different diabetic course was detected with peakcock-green colori-metric analysis and the relation of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity with levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG), hemoglobin glycosyla-tion(Hba1c), the content of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in retinal tissue, and the course of disease was also studied. Results. Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity in retina tissue of diabetic rats was significantly decreased, Mg2+ of retinal tissue decreased whereas Ca2+ of retinal tissue increased. The changes of Ca2-Mg2+-ATPase connected with the changes of FBG, HbA1c, the content of Mg2+ in retinal tissue and the course of disease. Conclusion. The decrease of Ca2+-Mg2+-ASPase activity in retinal tissue of diabetic rats may be one of the pathologic basis of diabetic retinopathy.
