环状软骨上喉部分切除术在喉癌治疗中的应用

Usefulness of CHP, CHEP and TCHEP techniques in the treatment of laryngeal cancer

目的探讨CHP,CHEP,TCHEP在喉癌功能性外科治疗中的应用。方法对9例喉癌患者进行了手术。结果全部病例在术后7～42天拔除气管套管,平均14天;术后14～24天拔除鼻饲管,平均18天;术后1～3个月嗓音频谱规律紊乱,呈噪音谱似的连续谱,经康复训练后随时间的推移,谐音出现,基频趋于稳定。结论 CHP,CHEP,TCHEP有早期拔除气管套管,且拔管率高,术后喉功能恢复良好的优点。

METHODS 9 cases with laryngeal cancer were operated.RESULTS All cases were decannula-ted in 7-42 days after operation, on an average of 14 days; nasal cannula feeding was removed in 14-24 days, on an average of 18 days. Voice spectrum was of perturbance with noise-like continuity in 1-3 months after operation. With the training of rehabilitation, resonance emerged and basic frequency was gradually stablized.CONCLUSIONS CHP, CHEP and TCHEP have advantages of early decan-nulation with higher percentage of removal and better rehabilitation of laryngeal function.
