目的:研究长期配戴隐形眼镜后角膜内皮的变化,探讨如何提高安全性。方法:应用非接触式角膜内皮显微镜观察戴隐形眼镜10年以上的中高度近视患者28人55眼,检测内皮细胞面积、密度和变异系数。结果:戴软性隐形眼镜组和普通硬性隐形眼镜组,角膜内皮细胞面积增加、密度减少;戴软性隐形眼镜组,变异系数部分超过正常区间;戴透气性硬性隐形眼镜组,角膜各参数保持正常。结论:软性隐形眼镜或普通硬性隐形眼镜长期截用会影响角膜内皮,而透气性硬性隐形眼镜无明显影响。定期检查角膜,对戴隐形眼镜的患者是十分重要的。

To study the changes in corneal endothelial cell after wearing contact lens for a long time. To investigate how to improve the safety. Methods: Corneal endothelial cell size, density and coefficient of variation were detected by non-contact specular microscopy in 28 middle and high myopic patients(55 eyes)wearing contact lens over 10 years. Results: The corneal endothelial cell density decreased whereas the cell size increased in the soft contact lens group and PMMA HCL group. The coefficient of variation was abnormal in some SCL wearers. In the RGPCL group, each parameter was kept normal. Conclusions. It would affect the corneal endothe-lium to wear soft contact lens or PMMA HCL for a long time, however, there were no noticeable effects of RGPCL. It is very important to Carry out routine examination of cornea for the patients wearing contact lens.
