Evaluating the effect of anti-glaucoma surgeries on corneal topography

目的:应用角膜地形图评价青光眼手术对角膜形态和屈光状况的影响。方法:连续收集33例42眼青光眼,施行周边虹膜切除术14眼和小梁切除术28眼,前后分别进行角膜地形图测定。结果:二组的术前术后角膜子午线屈光度,角膜镜影像环线屈光度,角膜表面规则指数,角膜表面不规则指数,角膜曲率半径和角膜总屈光度均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:常用的青光眼手术,周边虹膜切除术和小梁切除术对角膜的形态和屈光状况无明显影响。

To evaluate the effect of anti-glaucoma surgeries on the shape and refraction of cornea by corneal topography. Methods. The preoperative and postoperative corneal topographical maps were measured respectively in 33 consecutive cases4(2 eyes)of glaucoma, of which 14 eyes had iridectomy and 28 eyes had trabecu-lectomy. Results. All of the average corneal refractive power, corneal refractive power in meridian and in the ring of corneo-scopic images, SRI, SAI, and corneal curvature showed no significant changes (P> 0.05). Conclusions. The corneal shape and refraction have no significant changes in the eye received routine anti-glaucoma surgeries such as iridectomy and trabecu-lectomy.
