白内障手术切口和缝线与屈光变化的关系

Relationship between the incision and suture in cataract surgeries and diopteric changes

目的:探讨白内障手术切口和缝线的选择对角膜屈光度的影响。方法:对单纯白内障囊外摘除术57例82眼三个月后复查的病人,进行自动验光仪客观测试,佐以人工检影确定柱镜屈光度及轴向位置。结果:白内障术后造成术眼角膜曲率半径改变,柱镜度在2D以上者占69.85%;柱镜轴向的影响以160°～10°方向较多,占69.75%。结论:改变传统切口及缝线方式的选择。

To discuss how the option of incision and suture in cataract surgeries affect the corneal diopter power. Methods: Following 57 cases (82 eyes) after ECCE without LOL for 3 months to definite cylindric diopter and axis using antomatic optometer accom-panced by subjective optometry. Results: Cataract surgery will change corneal radius cylindric diopter above 2D is 69. 85%. Axis mainly on 160°-10° is 69.75%, Conclusion. Change the traditional incision and suture method.
