摘要
目的提高足板小窗人工镫骨手术的安全性和精确性。方法足板小窗和直径0.4mm小柱运动的理论计算、精密测量用器的设计、CO_2显微激光和手术应用。结果 418耳耳硬化症足板小窗人工镫骨术后听力提高≥15dB达99.5%,无一例手术并发症。结论足板小窗人工镫骨和相关技术保证手术的高成功率。
PURPOSE To increase the safety and accuracy of footplate fenestration techniques and stapedial prosthesis in partial stapedectomy.METHOD The theoretic calculation of footplate fenestration (0.4 mm in diameter) and the design of instrument for accurate measurement and surgical practice.RESULTS Postoperative hearing improves 15 dB and more in 99.5% of 418 ears diagnoses as otosclerosis.CONCLUSION The prothesis suitable for footplate fenestration and related techniques lead to successful results.
