139眼玻璃体视网膜手术疗效分析

An analysis of the effect of vitreoretinal surgery of 139 eyes

目的:本文对不同原因造成的玻璃体积血、复杂性视网膜脱离行玻璃体视网膜手术进行总结分析,以探讨玻璃体视网膜手术的适应症、手术时机及方法。方法:对1996年11月～1997年11月间行玻璃体视网膜手术的136例139眼进行回顾性分析。结果:术后视力提高达89.9%,网膜复位率达88.8%。结论:只要掌握好手术适应症、时机及手术技巧,对于一些复杂性玻璃体视网膜病变,能取得良好的效果。

Purpose. To evaluate the effect of vitreoretinal surgery for vitreous hemorrhage and complicated retinal detachment. Methods: The effect of vitreoretinal surgery of 139 eyes retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 139 eyes, 125 eyes (89.9%) got better visual acuity, 85 eyes (95.9%) achieved retinal reattachment on discharge, and 79 eyes (88.8%) remained retinal reattachment follow up from 3 to 15 months.Conclusions. Eyes with complicated vitreoretinopathy can be successfully treated by vitreoretinal surgery if the doctor is skillful and has rich experience in this field. Indications for surgery should be kept strictly.
