LASIK术后近视回退原因分析

An analysis of myopic regression after LASIK

目的:探讨引起LASIK术后近视回退的因素以及解决办法。方法:将回退程度达到再次手术标准的30例60眼定为A组;随访1年效果稳定,矫正满意的30例60眼定为B组。两组进行激光屈光矫正量,高眼压发生率的对比分析;并通过对B组的半年期随访,观察回退与滴用皮质激素的关系。结果:A组屈光矫正量不足;两组高眼压发生率A组35%,B组15%,P<0.05;B组半年内也有20眼不同程度回退,在控制眼压与加强滴用皮质激素后,最终仅9眼轻度回退。结论:LASIK术后近视回退与激光矫正量不足及术后高眼压有明显关系;LASIK术后稳定期至少半年;对轻度回退者加强滴用皮质激素眼液,有益扭转回退。

To discuss the causes of myopic regression after LASIK and the method to ravel it out. Methods: The 60 regressive eyes that had to be re-operated on were classified as group A, and another 60 satisfactorily eyes classified as group B were at least 1 year after surgery. Then the metes of laser rectification and the incidence of high IOP of group A were compared with those of group B. The regression and the effect that corticoster-oids eye drops having been used made in group B was observed throughout the following 6 months after operation. Results: The metes of laser rectification of group A was scarce; the incidence of high IOP, group A 35%, group B 15% (P&lt;0.05). 20 eyes had a little regression in group B within half a year, and finally only 9 eyes had a little regression, because IOP were controlled and using corticoste-roids drops was strengthened. Conclusion:both of the scarce metes of laser rectification and the high IOP had much to do with regression; the time of tranquilization was half a year at least after LASIK; and someone that had a little regression may get torsion after strengthening the using of corticosteroids drops.
