摘要
目的通过人颞骨前庭显微解剖研究,寻求人工镫骨设计的合理性。方法人颞骨组织学技术制成与前庭相关的连续切片,进行观察和测量。结果在镫骨足板前后纵轴的中线平面,球囊离足板内面前1/3~1/2区很相近。结论入窗1.0mm的人工镫骨宜向前作45°斜截。足端斜截人工镫骨植入是安全又能足够推动外淋巴液,有利传声。
PURPOSE The rationality of stapedial prosthesis design through vestibular microanatomical study in human being.METHOD Histological investigation of temporal bone regarding to vestibular structure and stapes.RESULTS The saccule is closer to medial surface of stapedial footplate and its 1/3 ~ 1/2 anterior part at the horizontal level of stapedial midplane.CONCLUSION To level the prosthesis end extremity with 45 oblique plane forwards is a safe procedure available to perilymphatic sound transmission while prosthesis introduced into vestibule 1.0mm.
