摘要
目的探讨新生儿天龄对诱发性耳声发射的影响,寻找用此法作新生儿听力筛查的最佳时机。方法文中对20例正常新生儿在出生后1~5天连续行瞬态诱发性耳声发射(TEOAE)和畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)测试。结果随新生儿天龄的增加,其TEOAE和DPOAE检出率和反应幅值逐步提高,新生儿1~2天的检出率和反应幅值显著低于后几天,至生后第3~5天,TEOAE和DPOAE检出率接近或达到100%,反应幅值也趋于稳定。结论应用TEOAE和DPOAE进行新生儿听力筛选时,其天龄至少应在3天或3天以上,测试TEOAE和DPOAE快速、方便,不失为普遍性新生儿听力筛选首选方法。
PURPOSE To study the influence of the age of newborns on evoked otoacoustic emission and give guidance in the choice of time for hearing screening with OAE.Mb I HODS Transient evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAE)and distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE)were recorded daily from 1 to 5 days postpar-tum in 20 healthy newborns.RESULTS The prevalence and response levels of TEOAE and DPOAE gradually increased as the age of newborns increased.In 1 or 2 days,the prevalence and response levels were significantly lower than the followingdays.By the third to the fifth day,the prevalence approached or rose to 100% and the response levels tended to stability.CONCLUSIONS Newborns should not be screened with OAE before the age of 3 days.It would appear that OAE,an objective,rapid and nontraumatic technigue,is the first choice of universal neonatal hearing screening.
