1070眼近视LASIK手术疗效观察

An observation on the effect of LASIK for 1070 eyes of myopia

目的:观察LASIK手术治疗低度到极高度近视的疗效及皮质激素的应用。方法:应用Chi-ron 117准分子激光治疗机及Chiron ALK角膜自动板层切削刀施行LASIK手术,对随访3月至1年的1070眼的疗效进行总结。结果:1070眼术前屈光度为-1.5～-32.0D,散光最高为-6.0D,其中术后有983眼(91.87%)达到术前最佳矫正视力;术后屈光状态在0±0.5D的754眼(70.47%),在-1.00～-2.5D的有的眼(9.10%)。646眼激素应用时间在1月以内,眼压升高的发生率3.1%;384眼激素应用1～3月,眼压升高的发生率高达30.21%,且回退明显增加;有34眼未用皮质激素,也来发现回退。结论:LASIK手术对治疗低到极高度近视均安全、有效,且回退率低,并发症少。LASIK手术后可少用或不用皮质激素,用药时间在1月以内为佳。

Purpose:To observe the effect of the low to the extremely high myopia treated with LASK and how steroid drop was used.Methods:LASK was performed on 1070 successive eyes with Chiron Technolos Keracor 117 excimer laser system and Chiron automatic comeal shaper.Follow up 3 to 12 months(average of 6 months)to of 358 eyes of 189 male patients and 712 eyes of 374 female patients were concluded.The pieoperative spherical refraction ranged from -1.5D to - 32.0D with astigmatism lower than -6.0D.Re-Sults:Among the 1070 eyes,983 eyes(91.87%)achieving their pieoperative BCVA and postoperative spherical refraction ranges from zero to + 0.5D for 754 eyes(70.47%),and-1.0D to 2.0D for 99 eyes(9.1%).The incidence of increased IOP is found to be as low as 3.1 % for 646 eyes with their steroid drops controlled in the first month postop-eratively and to be as high as 30.21% for 384 eyes with their steroid drops extended for as long as more than 1 to 3 months.The regression rate has increased obviously for eyes with extended steroid drops.No regression has been observed in 34 eyes without steroid eye drop.Conclusion:LASK is an efficient and safe method of correcting low to extremely high myopia,with low regression rate and few complications.It is better to give up or decrease steroid drops after the LASK procedures,and shorten the time for steroid drops into 1 month.
