高龄老人的白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术分析

An analysis of the extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in octogenarian elder

目的:探讨高龄老年人的白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术的疗效和有关注意事项。方法:回顾性分析80岁以上高龄老年人施行该手术的临床资料。结果:术后随访3～62个月,265眼中210眼矫正视力≥0.5(79.25%)。术中、术后并发症与年龄较轻者相比无明显差异。结论:现代白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术对高龄老年人是安全有效的。然而,高龄老年人有许多特殊性必须引起高度重视。

Purpose:To study the intended effectiveness and possible accident of the extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation(ECCE + PC IOL)in octogenarians and nonagenarians was made.Methods; A retrospective analysis of clinic information for the octogenarians and nonagenarians operated.Results:The corrected vision in 210 of 265 eyes(79.25 %)was 0.5 or better after operation in a follow - up of 3 to 62 months.No significant complication was observed.Trie result was as the same as that of other elderlypatients.Conclusions:The morden ECCE and PC - IOL implantation appears to be a safe and effective procedure for the octogenarian and nonagenarian cataract.Some special problems in the elderly must be tackled.
