固体激光和PRK治疗高度近视的初步观察

The solid state laser photorefractive keratectomy for myopia of 6 to 16 diopters

目的:初步观察固体激光治疗6D以上近视的疗效。方法:应用Light Blade^(TM)Ⅱ固体激光手术系统进行光学角膜切削术治疗6～16D近视72例124眼,随访6～12月。结果:术前平均角膜屈力43.24±0.26D,术后降为39.50±0.31D;术前平均球镜屈光度-8.40±0.51D,术后为-0.37±0.36D;术后1月、3月、6月裸视力≥0.5分别是98.39%、95.16%和91.94%;裸视力≥1.0是75.81%、62.90%和58.06%。术后角膜愈合反应轻,1月、3月、6月1级Haze分别是51.61%、42.74%、43.55%;2级Haze分别是19.36%、15.32%、12.10%。4眼(3.23%)激素性眼压升高,7眼(5.65%)术后7～12月屈光回退再治疗。结论:固体激光角膜切削术治疗高度近视疗效好、安全,术后愈合反应小,但需作更长时间随访观察。

Purpose:To evaluate the effects of the solid state laser photorefractive keratectomy for myopia of 6 to 16 diopters.Methods; Photorefractive keratectomy was performed for myopia of 6 to 16 diopters in 124 eyes on 72 patients using the solid state laser Light Blade?Ⅱ(No-vatec Technology)with follow up of 6 to 12 months.Re-Sults:Mean preoperative keratometric power was 43.24±0.26D to postoperative 39.50±0.31D.Preoperative spherical refraction was -8.40±0.51D and postoperative - 0.37±0.36D.When the uncorrected visual acuity was achieved 20/40 or better in 98.39%,95.16% and 91.94% after 1,3 and 6 months,the visual acuity was 20/20 or better in 75.81.%,62.90% and 58.06% respectively.The corneal haze was slight.After 1,3 and 6 months gradeⅠ haze was 51.61%,42.74% and 43.55% and grade Ⅱ haze was 19.36%,15.32% and 12.10%.The intraocular pressure increased in four(3.23 %)eyes and 7(5.65 %)eyes were treated again for regression.Conclusion:The solid state laser photorefractive keratectomy is effective and safe for high myopia,though long - term follow - up is necessary.
