二次准分子激光切削治疗角膜上皮下基质混浊的观察

Eximer laser in the treatment of Haze

目的:探讨二次准分子激光角膜切削术治疗角膜雾状混浊(简称HAZE)的效果。方法:对19例(23眼)已施行准分子激光角膜切削术后10～13个月者,其中高度近视10眼(-6.50～-10.O0D),超高度近视13眼(-10.25～-18.00D),Haze 2级混浊8眼(34.8%),3级混浊15眼(65.2%),采用治疗性角膜切削术和光学性角膜切削术,随访6～8个月。结果:二次切削术后,18眼(78%)裸眼视力≥0.5,其中9眼(39%)视力≥1.0,5眼最佳矫正视力下降2行,角膜基质混浊均切除。结论:二次准分子激光切削术治疗HAZE,提高视力是有效的。

Purpose:To determine the effect of eximer laser keratoectomy in the treatment of Haze post PRK.Meth- ods:23 eyes of 19 patients which received PRK 10~13 months age were included.10 of them had high myopia(-6.50^-10.00D),13 superhigh myopia(- 10.25^-18.00D).The Haze was graded 2 in 8 eyes(34.8%); and was graded 3 in 15 eyes(65.2%),All of them received phototherapic keratoectomy(PTK),or photore-ception keratoectomy(PRK).Results:After a follow-up of 6~8 months,18 eyes(78%)have bare vision of 01 better than 20/40,and among them 9 eyes(39%)20/20.The best corrected vision decreased two lines in five eyes.The Haze was removed in all 23 eyes.Conclusion:Re-treatment with eximer laser can remove the Haze effica-cionsly and the vision can be improved.
