晶体玻璃体切割联合后房型人工晶体植入术远期疗效观察

A long-term clinical study on the operation of lensectomy combined with vitrectomy and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.

目的:观察晶体玻璃体切割联合后房型人工晶体植入术对外伤性白内障的远期疗效。方法:对154眼外伤性白内障进行了晶体玻璃体切割联合缝线固定的后房型人工晶体植入术,分别于术后1月、3月、6月、1年、3年以上,就其视力及并发症情况进行随访、分析。结果:术后1～3个月为视力恢复阶段,6个月后视力趋于稳定。术后并发症主要为房水闪光、玻璃体混浊、晶体表面沉积物及后极部视网膜水肿,都于3个月内消退。结论:该手术远期疗效好,并发症少,是治疗复杂外伤性白内障的较理想术式。

Purpose:To investigate the long-term results of the operation of lensectomy combined with vitrectomy and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of traumatic cataract.Methods:The results of vision and postoperative complications of 154 patients with traumatic cataract treated with this operation were followed up and analysed from 1 month to more than 3 years posto-peratively.Results:The vision was recovered during 1 to 3 months postoperatively.The main complications were flare of aqueous humour,vitreous opacity,deposits on the surface of the lens,and retinal edema of posterior pole.The complications would disappear in 3 months.Conclusions:The long term results of this treatment are ideal,and the complications are fewer than those of traditional cataract operations.This operation is a perfect technique for complicated traumatic cataract.
