利多卡因注入兔眼前房的实验研究

Experimental study on lidocaine in rabbit's anterior chamber

目的:实验观察利多卡因注入兔眼前房的不良反应。方法:将30只兔左眼前房各注入国产静脉注射用的0.5%利多卡因0.2ml,右眼注入自制平衡盐溶液作对照,术后观察角膜内皮变化、前房反应及睫状体的组织变化。结果:实验组角膜内皮及前房反应与对照组无显著差异,角膜内皮、睫状体的组织结构无改变。结论:结合利多卡因的药剂学资料,认为使用国产静脉注射用的利多卡因0.5%浓度前房内注射是安全的。

Purpose:To observe the reaction by experiments after lidocaine was injected into rabbit s anterior chamber.Methods; 0.2ml of 0.5 percent lidocaine was injected respectively into 30 rabbits’ left anterior chambers,and Bss-plus solution was injected into their right anterior chambers as control.Corneal endothelial change,the anterior chamber reactions and tissue change of cilliary body were observed postoperatively.Results: The comparison between experimental group and control group showed that there were no significant differences,and that corneal en-dothelium and tissue constitution of cilliary body had no changes.Conclusion: Combining the medicamentosus data of lidocaine,We think it is safe to inject the 0.5% lidocaine made in China into anterior chamber.
