小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术

Clinical observation of no-PHACO ECCE with IOL implantation through a small incision

目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术。方法:本组39眼均采用颞上或鼻上象限6～7mm挑眉式巩膜切口、囊袋内完成ECCE及IOL植入术。结果:术后一周裸眼视力≥0.5者25眼(64.1%),术后一个月裸眼视力≥0.5者34眼(87.1%),术后无严重并发症,角膜散光明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:本组手术切口小,且切口位鼻上或颞上而不受上直肌和水平肌牵引的影响,角膜散光明显减少,手术方法操作相对简单,对具有娴熟ECCE技术者极易掌握,便于广大基层医院推广使用。

Purpose: To evaluate no-PHACO ECCE with IOL implantation through a small incision.Methods: In 39 eyes,the ECCE with IOL implantation was performed through 6 ~ 7mm brownshaped sclera incision.Results: The uncorrected visual acuity of 25 eyes(64%)was ≥0.5 after a week,while that of 34 eyes(87.1 %)were ≥0.5 after a month,and there were no serious complications after operation.The corneal astigmatism was reduced clearly.Conclusion: The incision was smaller and lying above the nose or temple,so it was not drawn by superior or medial and lateral muscle,and the corneal astigmatism was reduced clearly.The method was simple,known easily by skilled ECCE operators.Now ECCE cataract operation is improved continuously,and will be easily popularized in basic hospitals.
