听神经瘤临床病理和免疫组化观察

Clinical pathological and immunohistochemical studies of acoustic neuroma

目的探讨听神经瘤的病理类型,组织来源。方法对10例听神经瘤进行常规组织病理和Envision法免疫组化分析。结果听神经瘤肿瘤细胞均呈束状或栅栏状排列,部分病例的部分区域呈网状排列。免疫组化上10例均表达S-100,9例表达Ⅵ,8例表达PCNA。结论听神经瘤组织学上以Antoni-A型为主,部分病例Antoni-A型和Antoni-B型混合存在。免疫组化检测听神经瘤的标记蛋白对诊断及判断肿瘤生长活性有一定参考价值。

PURPOSE To investigate the pathologic variant, histogenesis of acoustic neuroma.METHODS Ten cases of acoustic neuroma were analyzed on both routine pathologic and Envision’ s immu-nohistochemical aspects.RESULTS All acoustic tumor cells appear in bunching or palisading. Netting in some regional area appeared in partial cases. Immunohistochemically, all ten cases reacted positively with S - 100 protine, nine cases expressed vimetin(Ⅵ) and eight cases showed expression for proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) .CONCLUSION Acoustic tumor is dominant with Antoni - A in histology. Mixture of Anotoni - A and An-toni - B appeared in partial cases. Immunochemical staining has reference value in diagnosis and growth activity of acoustic neuroma.
