缺血性视乳头病变的荧光血管造影研究

The analysis of the evidence of ischemic papilloneuropathy by fluoresein fundus angiography(FFA)

目的:分析探讨缺血性乳头病变的荧光血管造影改变。方法:回顾分析16例17眼缺血性视乳头病变的荧光血管造影图象。结果:缺血性视乳头病变的视乳头荧光形态很复杂,依据缺血受累部位、病程长短、发病后患者就诊时间、是否累及乳头表面毛细血管网等而表现各不相同。结论:荧光血管造影对缺血性视乳头病变的诊断有很大的参考价值,结合病史、眼底、视野改变,能够对本病作出正确的诊断。

To analyse and research the evidence of isch-emic papilloneuropathy by fiuoresein fundus angiography (FFA) . Methods: Ischemic papillo-neuropathy has been examined in 16 patients (17 eyes) by fiuoresein fundus angiography. Results: The evidence of ischemic popillo-neuropathy in fiuoresein fundus angiography is complicated. It is different according to the ischemic part, the duration of the disease, the date when the patients see the doctors, whether it involves the capillary network of the optic area, and so on. Conclusion: It is valuable to diagnose ischemic opic by using FFA. We can correctly make a diagnosis if we combine with the case, the phenomenon of the fundus, and the change of the visual field.
