摘要
目的以DPOAE的变化来表达基底膜外毛细胞的损伤情况。方法用不同频率的强纯音损伤豚鼠外毛细胞,记录DPOAE听力图变化,并观察记录外毛细胞损伤情况。结果基底膜外毛细胞损伤的绝对数与DPOAE下降的面积呈正相关。结论 DPOAE可作为基底膜外毛细胞损伤的客观的、无创的定量评价手段。
PURPOSE To show the quantity of outer hair cells injured with distortion product otoacoustic emissions.METHODS Continuous intensive pure-tones with different frequency were employed to guinea pigs. The au-diograms of DPOAE were recorded before and 2 hours after acoustic trauma and the area between the two curves were calculated. Outer hair cells damaged were counted under electronic scanning microscope.RESULTS The number of the OHCs damaged matches the direct portion of the area between the DPOAEs amplitude curves.CONCLUSION DPOAEs could be an objective quantitative assessment of outer hair cells damaged.
