结扎不同水平的颈动脉对兔面颊和眼睑血流的影响

The influence of face and eyelid blood flow after ligation of different levels of carotid arteries in rabbits

目的探讨不同水平的颈动脉结扎后对兔面颊和眼睑血流的影响。方法通过结扎不同水平的颈动脉,利用激光多普勒血流计动态观察手术前后兔面颊和眼睑部血流的变化。结果兔眼睑部的血流较面颊部丰富,结扎颈外动脉系统对眼睑部血流影响不大,而最有效控制面颊部血流量的方法是单侧颈外动脉结扎加同侧分支结扎。结论结扎有关的动脉后,侧枝循环的建立很快就开始。并且在早期所建的速度快。

PURPOSE In order to research the influence of face and eyelid blood flow after ligation of different levels of carotid arteries in rabbits.METHODS We ligated different levels of carotid arteries, using laser Doppler flowmetry to observe the change of blood flow in face and eyelid before and after operation.RESULTS The blood flow of rabbit eyelid is more rapid than that of its face region. The influence on blood flow of eyelid region is little after ligation of external artery system. Among the four operations to ligate different blood ressels to reduce blood flow of face region, the most effective way is to ligate ipsilateral carotid artery and its branches in the same sideCONCLUSION After ligation of some relating blood vessels,the collateral circulation is constructed very soon, and the speed is quicker in the early stage.
