头颈部肿瘤术后心功能不全的防治

Prevention and treatment of heart function incomplete in Dostoperation of head-neck tumor

目的探讨头颈部肿瘤术后心功能不全的发病原因,并提出防治措施。方法回顾总结73例头颈部肿瘤术后的病例情况。结果有6例并发心功能不全,发生率8.22%(6/73),严重者导致死亡1例。结论随着头颈部肿瘤手术的发展和增多,术后对患者的电解质、感染控制情况、心功能等各方面要引起足够的重视。

PURPOSE To study the pathogeny of heart function incomplete in postoperation of head-neck tumor, and provide the measurement of prevention and treatment of heart function incomplete.METHODS Seventy-three patients with postoperation of head-neck tumor were studied retrospectively.RESULTS Six patients was discoveried with heart function incomplete. The occurring rate was 8, 22% (6/73) ,and one of the patients was serious, which led to his death.CONCLUSION Along with the development and increasement of the operation of head-neck tumor, we should pay more attention to the electrolyte, infection control , heart function and other aspects of the situation of the patients with postoperation of head-neck tumor.
