北海市供水管网信息系统的设计和实现

DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF THE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE PIPE NETWORK OF WATER SUPPLY IN THE BEIHAI CITY

以地理信息系统软件（ＧＩＳ）为基础，开发建立先进的自来水管理网信息系统，可以准确、及时、直观、高效地为城市供水设施管理服务，对促进城市建设和经济发展具有普遍的实用意义，本文着重阐述有关该系统设计和实施方面的关键技术问题。

Based on the Geographical Information System software(GIS), a advanced information management system for the pipe network of water supply of cityies is developed. The system will be used for managing the installation of the pipe network exactly, timely, visually and efficiently. There, it will be beneficial to facilitate extraordinary progress in construction and economics of cities. In this paper, the main points of the systems design and realization are introduced emphatically.
