It is well known that the Weifang kites with a long history are famous for their pureness and plainness. Through a deep discussion upon themes, shapes, frameworks and paintings of the Weifang kites, the paper expatiates on such fact that the exclusively traits and charms of the Weifang kites are just what we must dig out and develop for their vitality, and are good for better exploration of the local folk artworks.
