附加值(Value Added)是附加价值的简称,是在产品的原有价值的基础上,通过生产过程中的有效劳动新创造的价值。表面处理工艺作为工业设计中一个不可缺少的部分就是一种很好的提高产品附加值的方式。除了少数材料所固定的特征以外,大部分的材料都可以通过表面处理的方式来改变产品表面所需的色彩、光泽、肌理等需要,借此增加产品中包含的情感、文化、品牌等因素的含金量,从而达到提高产品的附加值的目的。在这篇文章中,我们将主要分析金属表面处理工艺在提高金属产品的附加值中的应用。

Value Added,called“additional value”for short.On products’original value,it is a new value from valid labor in production process.As an indispensable part of I.D,surface techniques are a good kind of measures to enhance the Value Added of products.Most kinds of materials’characters except few regular ones can meet the needs of decoration by the color,gloss and texture of product surface.Thus the gold content of products’emotion, culture and brand will be increased,and the title which increases the Value Added will be attained.In this article, we will mainly analyze the uses of metal surface techniques in raising the metalworking’s Value Added.
