Analysis about how Traditional Art Design Education transform to Digital Art Design Education

随着数字化时代的到来,数字艺术设计这一新兴的艺术领域诞生了。新领域的诞生,就需要有教育的跟进。数字艺术设计教育这一新兴的教育领域所强调学科的文理渗透、艺术与技术的融合及人才的全方位能力培养是传统艺术设计教育中前所未有的,强烈冲击着传统艺术设计的教育模式。因此,传统艺术设计教育如何向数字艺术设计教育转型是当前设计教学改革的一个核心问题。

Normally, a new emerged field must be followed with a new sort of methodology. Along with the advent of digital age, the digital art design has been given birth. Digital art design education is strongly impacting the traditional teaching mode and is totally different to the traditional teaching methods because it emphasizes integrating particular features between arts and science curriculums and between art and technology. It mainly focuses on improving student’s multiple design ability. By considering the characters of this new field, the transformation and evolution of art design teaching method seems to be the core project which worth to be discussed.
