As the consumption concept is tending to be more and more mature,CBD, which begins to play such an important role in economic depelopment, has grown to be a great charm to the comsumers with her own characteristics. Therefore, how to construct CBD and bring its potentials into full play has become an urgency which we are confronted with. Thus this article is aiming at finding the way of ultilizing and reforming CBD by putting forward, analysing and solving the problems. Furthermore, several sound and rational proposals are also advanced for the future operation and developmeng of CBD.
