公共环境艺术文化是人类对居住环境质量优劣的评价、理解及改造活动不断深化的结果,是具有功能性的空间艺术设计,设计着人的行为方式和生活方式;是在长期的工程实践中,人类在装饰方面积累的知识、作品、技能等的总和。
The public environment art culture is the result of the humanity making appraisal of the environment quality fit or unfit, understanding and transforming about it continuously and deeply. It's function space art design, design person'behavior method and life style; It's sum total, in the long-term project practice, of humanity knowledge, work, skill and so on accumulating in decoration aspect.
