摘要
本文以木质住宅概念设计为例,论述了对住宅设计新思路的尝试。提出了"价值宅住"理论,首先从"概念规划"入手,注重环境资源,注重环境保护,理性地分析要创造高品质的人居环境,必须以人为本,运用"高技术"规划设计好木质住宅,充分体现人居环境的高品质、低耗能,使之成为自然与环境可持续发展的载体。
The article discusses the new try of residence design based on the example of wooded residence planning and designing and puts forward that the theory of' valuable residence' .Firstly,from the theory of 'concept planning',pays attention to environmental resources,and analyzes that the theory of' based on the human needs' and high technology must be applied in the wooded residence planning ,then high quality human residence can be created.
