产品创意是新产品概念开发的前提和基础,需要汇聚所有参与人员的创意能力;而且,企业管理者必须意识到创意是企业宝贵的无形资产,在产品开发中不仅要采用有创意的人员,而且需要对产生创意的过程进行有效的管理!
Products ideation is the precondition and foundation of new product concept development which needs to pool all participants’ creativity. Therefore, managing people should realize creativity is a valuable intangible assert and must introduce creative persons to join the development process which also needs to be managed effectively.
