This paper discusses the application of the traditional aesthetic view to the modern plane design,analyzes the design model of the integration of the tradition and the modern times. It points out that the Chinese modern plane design should both respect the distinctive quality of the national art,embody the aesthetic psychology of the Chinese nation and must be integrated harmoniously with the international fashionable style to enable the traditional culture to have profounder research and development space.
