摘要
以人为本的教育就是要把人真正当人,确立以人为目的的教育。只有这种教育,才能使人的潜能的开发、能力的发展和个性的培养作为教育的根本目标。[1]学生是社会人,在"自然"中学习并成长,每个学生都是独一无二的个体。要解决现阶段素质教育的程式化,首先要转变授课理念,改进教学评价,然后才能真正实现现代育人目标。
The purpose of people oriented education is to regard people educated as real people and to establish an human-targeted education system. Students are social men,but they grow and learn thin'gsnaturally',and each student is a unique individual. To change the programmed all-round-development education,we should first change our concept of teaching and make the evaluation of teaching more reasonable. Only in this way can we achieve our goals in modern education.
