The Analysis of the Interface of Monitor and Control Generated System

摘要 工控组态软件广泛地应用于社会各个工业制造部门和大中型工业企业。它在工业生产自动化领域具有不可替代的地位。但是目前的工控组态软件的人机界面系统设计并不完善,还存在诸多问题,其中最紧要的是这套系统普遍对非计算机专业用户的友好度不高,影响了它在生产部门的工作效率,因此分析和改善它的人机界面系统就是一个势在必行的任务了,本文通过介绍工控组态的概念以及通过对工控组态软件WinCC Flexible的人机界面分析,深入探讨了这个问题,以希望能改善现有状况。 MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System) is widely used in every aspect in the social industrial department and industrial enterprise.It has a very important function in industrial automation.But at present,the interface of this system doesn't design perfectly.There are many problems in this system.The biggest problem is the interface is not friendly enough to the ordinary users.(Users not in computer science major)It causes a negative affect to the efficiency of the manufactory,so taking a analysis and improvement on its interface system is a urgent task.This article try to give a solution to these problem through analysis of the MCGS WinCC Flexible.
