摘要
本文简要介绍了用户研究及其研究方法,运用心理学中用户态度的形成理论以及认知模型工具,探讨工业设计领域面向具体产品的用户态度形成机制,以实现新产品开发初期对用户态度(偏好)预测的目的。
This essay provides a brief introduction of User Analysis and its corresponding methods of research,and by application of User Attitude Formation Theory and Cognitive Model,endeavors to explore the formation of user attitude toward specific product in the realm of industrial design,so as to predict user attitude at the primary stage of new product design.
