本文是在体验经济的浪潮下,以餐厅这个商业空间为载体,对餐饮空间体验的形成原因以及人们对餐饮的体验意义做出了分析,同时从理论与实践的两个方面论述了餐饮空间体验设计的表达形式以及营造手段。
