The different economic conditions between eastern china and southern China,the geography and climate differences between southern and northern part of China that doomed the different higher education goals and styles of different local arts institutions′s character.Folk art is one of the Chinese art treasures,it has a unique basis in the western region,it also should become the key content of professional education,advantages of local arts institutions.Chinese folk art in a certain degree representatives China’s traditional art style, language style and levels of arts,its plain,pure and beautiful characters play a critical role in the widespread and popularity in community.Chinese folk art brings together people collective wisdom in the past thousands of years,it must be great losses and regrets for us if it disappeared in our life.
